Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 5–15 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days

Haie Aura is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@haieaura.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Haie Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
