At Haie Aura, we want every customer to feel confident and beautiful in their purchase. Because our products are hair and beauty items, we must follow strict hygiene standards.

- Return Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, returns are only accepted if the item is:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unstyled
- Free from perfume, makeup, sweat, oils, or any product residue
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all tags, lace, bands, combs, and packaging still intact
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Wigs that have been worn or tried on for an extended period
- Wigs with lace cut or altered
- Wigs that have been washed, curled, flat ironed, coloured, bleached, or styled
- Custom-made or customized wigs
- Sale items or clearance items
- Hair accessories, wig caps, edge bands, or care products
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will not be accepted.
- Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we may offer store credit.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Haie Aura, such as receiving the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method because Haie Aura is not responsible for lost return packages.
